RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Defective or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll take full responsibility. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@alchemistethos.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method — your choice. No return required for defective items.

Change of Mind / Sizing

Not the right fit? We offer exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging or equivalent
  • Request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Alchemist Ethos is not responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 3–5 business days), we'll process your exchange and ship the new item. If your requested size or color is unavailable, we'll issue store credit for the full item value.

Final Sale

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without prior communication
  • Requests made after 30 days of delivery

International Orders

We ship worldwide. For international exchanges, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs or duties on the return shipment. We are not responsible for items held in customs or lost in international transit.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email support@alchemistethos.com with your order number and reason
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions
  3. Ship your item back using a trackable method
  4. Once received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
