Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak periods (holidays, major promotions), processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Time (After It Ships)

Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs)
  • Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the cost to reship it.
  • If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at support@alchemistethos.com. If the order has already entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change it.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. If your tracking shows delivered but you don’t have it:

  1. Check around your property, mailbox, and with neighbors
  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  3. Email us at support@alchemistethos.com and we’ll help you with next steps

If a package is lost in transit (tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period), contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier. Resolution times vary by carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, email support@alchemistethos.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label We’ll review and make it right if the issue qualifies.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on item availability and production locations. If that happens, you’ll receive separate tracking updates.
