Alchemist Ethos Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us at Alchemist Ethos. If your purchase isn't exactly what you expected, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are Unworn, Unwashed, and in Original Condition.

At Alchemist Ethos, we strive to deliver the highest quality products to our customers. As a growing company, we have implemented strict return and refund policies to ensure fairness and transparency for both the customer and our business. Please review the following terms carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect when contacting us.

  2. Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item due to an error in our fulfillment process, please notify us within 48 hours. We will exchange the incorrect item at no additional cost.

  3. Size Issues (Exchanges Only): We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky, so we offer exchanges only for size-related issues. If your item doesn’t fit, you may request an exchange for a different size within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the item is unworn and in its original condition.

    Note: We do not offer refunds for sizing issues, only exchanges. Please use our sizing chart before making a purchase to avoid any inconvenience.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Worn, washed, or altered items.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Change of mind after purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received. Refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Order Confirmation and Pending Charges

If you have not received an email confirmation with an order number, it means that your order has not been successfully processed, and no charge has been made to your account.

Please note, if you attempt to place an order multiple times, you may see pending charges on your bank account. These are temporary holds by your bank to ensure sufficient funds for your purchase. However, unless you have an order number and an email confirmation, there is no active charge or order with us.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: If you need an exchange due to size issues or received a damaged/incorrect item, email us at [your email address] with your order number and a brief description of the issue (include photos for damaged/defective items).

  2. Approval: If approved, we will provide further instructions for the exchange process.

  3. Shipping Costs: For size exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover shipping for damaged or incorrect items.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, cancellations are not allowed. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase.

Important Notes

  • Allow 5-8 business days for delivery, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office for assistance.
