Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
If your tracking shows delivered but you don’t have it:
- Check around your property, mailbox, and with neighbors
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Email us at support@alchemistethos.com and we’ll help you with next steps
If a package is lost in transit (tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period), contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier. Resolution times vary by carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email support@alchemistethos.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
We’ll review and make it right if the issue qualifies.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on item availability and production locations. If that happens, you’ll receive separate tracking updates.

Answer 1: This item is designed with an oversized fit and drop shoulders for a relaxed, effortless drape. If you want the intended loose look, order your standard size. If you prefer a more traditional, closer fit, we recommend choosing one size smaller than usual.

Answer 2: At 190 GSM (5.6 oz), this fabric is a midweight cotton. It feels more substantial and durable than a standard thin t-shirt, providing better structure and a premium drape while remaining comfortable for year-round wear.

Answer 3: To maintain the quality of the 100% cotton fabric, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle (30°C) and tumble dry on a low setting. Avoid bleach and dry cleaning, and ensure you use a cool iron without pressing directly onto any prints.

Defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@alchemistethos.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Change of mind / sizing
Not the right fit? We offer exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your exchange.
Final sale
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
